Thoughts of a Senior on Life and Society
Thoughts of a Senior on Life and Society

In a time of economic growth, many people are eager to take on new opportunities.
But with the increasing number of distractions in life, it can be hard to maintain focus and stick to a goal.
In this blog post, you’ll learn how I am confronting these challenges and achieving success by using self-discipline
and stay focused on what’s really important in life.
“Self-discipline is like a muscle; the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. The same goes for goals and willpower:
if you want to achieve them, practice by setting goals and developing your willpower.” – Steve Pavlina

By setting goals and practicing self-discipline, I’ve been able to master my life by improving my health and fitness
self-development, business development and organization skills, personal development skills such as health
psychology and productivity skills such as using effective time management.
Setting goals is a way to focus on what matters in life. A goal is often defined as something you would like to
accomplish in the future. A goal that reflects your values, your dreams, the things you want the most is that which
gets you excited each day when you begin your day, and which is the main reason you are happy at the end of each
day. Having a clear purpose & vision can be achieved by setting goals for yourself. It will lead you to achieve different
levels of success in different areas of your life.

The meaning of life is to do your best on the meaning of life.
“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” – Winston Churchill
When you are passionate about your goals, you are filled with energy and an excitement that makes you want to go
out and successfully achieve them. This is the only way that success is achieved in life.
What you do in life is up to you. You can always take responsibility or blame for your actions. You are in control of
the choices you make every day, whether for yourself or others. The more successful you are, the more successful

your choices become. If you are not achieving the goals that are important to you, then maybe it’s time to look at
what’s really important in life and make changes where they need to be made to achieve success by setting goals that
help keep you on track with your vision & purpose.
“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” – Albert Einstein
It’s important to break down your goals into smaller, measurable objectives to reach your long-term goal.
By breaking down your goals into smaller pieces, you can keep track of your progress.
This way, if you feel that you are not achieving what is important to you, then you can adjust your path which leads
to achieving success.
The journey of a 1,000 miles begins with one step.
Steps to Success

As you set and achieve goals and become successful, you should take the time to reward yourself with something
special. This can be something as simple as taking a walk around the block, going out to eat with friends, or buying
yourself a new book or movie. Whether it’s reading a book or watching a movie, you should always try to take the
time to relax and refresh your mind so that you can think more clearly.
Think of your life as a marathon and set your goal to finish it. To be able to run the entire marathon, you need to take
small and even 1 step at a time. You will get to where you want to go eventually by taking one step at a time and
running the entire race.

yourself.” – Napoleon Hill
Everyone can reach any level of success. By setting goals, developing effective strategies, and doing what
it takes to achieve them, each of us can live the life that we want to live. By simply taking small steps towards
achieving your dreams, you can take control of your life in a way that allows you to have more freedom.
As you set goals, you can meet with others who also have similar goals, which is where I fit in. I am a 23-year-old

Thoughts of a Senior on Life and Society
I was raised by a single mother and I spent most of my time alone. I was not well-educated in the sense that I didn’t
receive much formal education about the concepts of success in life. I wasn’t taught to set goals or develop effective
strategies for achieving my goals such as setting short-term and long-term goals, getting organized and taking action
towards achieving them, having a proper workflow and producing results, etc. As a result, I wasted a lot of time in
random pursuits that did not reflect my true desires in life.
I always had a dream of helping others on a grand scale. I finally found my way in life after setting goals for myself.
The path which led me to where I am at today began with the realization that what I want most in life is to help
others on a grand scale. In other words, what matters most in my life is “success”.
So, what exactly does “success” mean to me? Success consists of being happy and being helpful to others.

Being happy and helping others is what I get out of life. What I put into my life is what I get back from my life.

“Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day; while failure is simply a few errors in
judgment, repeated every day.
